俄罗斯加密货币市场负责人伊万·切别斯科夫在接受塔斯社采访时，分享了他对俄罗斯加密货币市场规模的最新估计。据切别斯科夫称，俄罗斯约有2000万人使用加密货币，公民在数字资产及相关金融产品上的总投资额达3.7万亿卢布，约合440亿美元。

切别斯科夫表示，加密货币的日交易量约为 500 亿卢布，并补充说，这些估计不仅包括直接持有的加密货币，还包括某些价值与数字资产挂钩的金融产品。

声明指出，如果外国发行人因俄罗斯数字资产托管机构无法控制的原因冻结投资者的资产，由此造成的损失将不会由俄罗斯机构自动承担。

他表示，如果外国加密货币发行商冻结俄罗斯投资者的资产，俄罗斯投资者不应期望获得赔偿。在这种情况下，损失将由投资者自行承担。

切别斯科夫还宣布，俄罗斯纳税人将被要求向联邦税务局申报他们在俄罗斯受监管的加密货币基础设施之外进行的某些交易。这项规定旨在加强税务机关对俄罗斯境内加密货币交易的审查。
