日本金融巨头 SBI Holdings 与 Solana 基金会达成战略合作，共同开发以日本为基地的链上金融市场。

根据今天宣布的合作协议，索拉纳基金会将加入SBI R3 Japan，该公司由SBI控股和日本三大银行集团之一的三井住友金融集团（SMFG）共同持有股份。该公司未来计划重组为“SBI Solana Global”。

此次合作将重点关注日元支持的稳定币、债券、基金和房地产等现实世界资产的代币化（RWA）、跨境支付基础设施以及面向机构投资者的链上金融服务。

双方的目标是首先将日本开发的RWA和稳定币产品引入亚洲市场，然后推向全球市场。SBI表示，该计划将把日本受监管的传统金融市场与全球区块链流动性连接起来。
